At Husser, we believe in standardized pricing with no surprises or hidden fees. Every home is different, but we've got the experience to know the most effective approach for every property.



We provide upfront estimates from our base pricing and customize them to your individual property needs - so you know exactly what to expect before we begin. Below you can click a service or scroll to read more about our guidelines and how we price your services.
We believe that the brave and highly skilled techs who climb ladders, walk roofs and operate cleaning tools and other equipment to beautify and revitalize your property should be compensated fairly. Unlike most Seattle cleaning companies - who attempt to inflate their prices and also minimize pay to the professionals who perform the work on your property - our company makes sure that cleaners can provide a sustainable life for themselves and their families.
Our guidelines account for minimum pricing to meet standard market value and ensure that the experts on your property are incentivized with a truly livable wage that covers typical business expenses like insurance, gear and tools, transportation costs, and more - while providing quality of life for workers and their families in Seattle and the surrounding areas. This ensures they're motivated to treat your property with care, take their time to make things right, and love their job - leading to exceptional work every time.
Please note - these are guidelines based on standardized minimum pricing, and do not reflect a quote for your service before an official assessment and estimate are complete. We evaluate every property for a comprehensive & accurate final quote before beginning work! All prices below are pre-tax (your city + WA State).
*Our minimum visit charge is $200 plus applicable tax. This applies to the visit itself, not to each service. For example: if you schedule a Skylight Cleaning service valued at $70, and a Solar Panel Cleaning Service valued at $100, your invoice will still be $200 before tax. However - if you were to add a Sodium Percarbonate Roof Moss Treatment at $100, your total invoice would then be $270 - because the minimum was reached and is no longer applicable.

Roof Debris Removal
We meticulously remove all accumulated leaves, pine needles, and other loose debris from your roof. This vital step is typically done by brush or blower and helps prevent damage by keeping compressed and water-logged debris from putting pressure on your roof.

Downspout Cleaning
Sometimes your downspouts have already become clogged with loose debris from your roof. We clean above-ground downspouts by hand or with special tools to ensure water is flowing properly through your gutter system. We cannot remove any clogs below ground.

Annual Maintenance
Our comprehensive annual service includes a spot removal of any new moss regrowth, a comprehensive Gutter Cleaning Service, and a Sodium Percarbonate chemical treatment. This proactive approach ensures your roof and gutters stay functional year-round.

Proper Solar Panel Cleaning requires specialized, non-abrasive methods, purified water and a careful technique. We'll take great care with your solar panels — ensuring they capture maximum sunlight, and we’ll exceed your expectations with efficiency, and attention to detail.

Screen Cleaning
For a truly complete clean, we recommend adding our thorough Screen Cleaning service. Cleaning your screens means getting a clearer view and significantly less allergens and dust entering your home. Ask us about including Screen Cleaning.

Track/Frame Cleaning
Clogged or dirty tracks can cause sticking, rust, or even window seal failure. Husser diligently and expertly cleans and details your tracks to remove visible dirt, mildew, and debris that could hinder proper drainage or window movement, helping your windows last longer.

Extra Dirty Windows
If you've recently remodeled, installed new windows or haven't cleaned your window glass in years, you may have excessive grime and debris which requires specialized tools and extensive additional labor. We're happy to provide this service, but we do charge an additional.
